I am a big fan of thin-knit dresses, the ideal throw on piece for unpredictable British Spring weather. The fit of this dress is impeccable; it tightens at the waist, has a fashionable keyhole neckline and a chic mid-maxi length. The ribbed and thin-knit effect adds quality to the piece. ASOS is killing the game with their dressed-down looks. Loungewear to wear out is HOT right now! The pandemic has allowed many to have a PJ day everyday and most are not ready to get out of that any time soon; the perfect solution is loungewear that can be worn out. This cream sweat mini dress with a high zip neckline and ribbed effect is where comfort meets cool. Paired with my favourite cream Mango boots the look is a relaxed winner!
I just can’t get enough of Zara at the moment! I have MANY more blogs to come with mostly Zara clothing, I’m just obsessed. Now, since I was a little girl I have LOVED a baby blue and pink colour mix; it stems from a little light blue summer top with pink flowers that I wore when I was younger, I felt so cool when I wore it (bless lil Mads). Forward 10 years and here I am sporting a Zara baby blue and pink floral summer dress. The ruched bodice and frill detailing are so precious, while the mini length and heart neckline adds a sprinkle of sass. Not only is does the ruching give the dress ample stretch and fits tight to my best features, but it also adds great detailing. Ideal for lunching and brunching or for a Summer cocktail. I wore off-white heeled sandals here, but tan or white sliders would look perfect too.
1 Puffball skirt, wedges and a white shirt. This half 80’s inspired style is a summer stand-out! Puffball skirts are so flattering. This Zara taupe voluminous skirt with paperbag-style waist and adjustable drawstrings is a key piece. Paired with the white Zara cut-out shirt, against neutral the summer style palette is aesthetic. The cropped style of the shirt compliments the mid waist height of the skirt. The white wedges add height, finishing off the look.
