CROC PANTS
Leather look pants are a must-have for AW20. I always have multiple pairs of faux-leather trousers to alternate during the autumnal season. These Zara croc-print faux leather trousers are so hot! Animal prints are all the rage this season; these trousers are a great way to rock the animal style with a muted aesthetic. I paired this staple item with a Zara white frill-collar cropped shirt, vintage black velvet blazer, cream Mango fashion wellies and a Zara black statement belt with gold highlights. This monochrome look is chic and elegant – a look I crave for this season!

TRENDING CELESTIAL VIBES
The celestial vibe is about to become is a huge trend hitting the shops this AW20. Think maxi length dresses, tulle and ornate accessories. Zara recently released a gold decorative heart minaudiére bag, which I totally fell for! At £30 its pricey for the size, but the aesthetic is so statement, much like a luxurious piece of jewellery. The short strap length means it can be worn round the neck or across the body. The Zara flowing oyster white maxi shirt dress with knot and oversized cuff has a distinguished style; so striking and distinctive. The base oyster white colouring emphasises the gold miniature. I styled the dress with two-shoe options; Mango cream leather fashion wellies and Zara leather beige square-toe loafer, both shoe combos compliment the dress greatly. Finished off with my ASOS chunky gold chain necklace this refreshing, spiritual vibe is one for the Autumn.

STRIPES…BUT ADD DRAMA!
This ASOS design shows how you spice up a plain striped shirt. The EXTRA voluminous sleeve is so my style, I adore anything unique. Blue/white stripe pattern is made for the Summer months, paired with blue denim or white, the pattern is eternally chic. As the shirt is so covered it calls for a skirt or shorts. Here I paired the shirt with white tailored shorts, tan Gucci belt and white wedges. I recommend tucking or tying the shirt to add a casual vibe.

90’S BAGGY JEANS
The 90’s are back! Big baggy jeans are the THING right now. Every fashion brand is releasing a pair of the trendy jean style. I absolutely loooove the relaxed aesthetic, making outfits look chilled and stylish. I bought this particular pair from Zara, in a dark wash; perfect for the transitional time from Autumn to Winter. I paired a man shirt from NEXT with the jeans, tying the shirt to create femininity and unfolded the cuffs for a laidback look. Thank the lord for my fashionista Mumma. This velvet blazer was owned by my mum in the 90s and it screams chic; I just had to steal it. Go for a rummage through your parents wardrobe – you may be surprised at the treasures hidden there! I clinched in my waist with the Gucci belt, to contrast against the loose leg of the jean. The look can easily be styled with tan boots or heeled sandals, depending on the vibe you are feeling. The jeans would work well with crop woollen jumpers too, for a chillier day.

STRIKING STRIPES
Who doesn’t love a suit?! This one is perfect for in-between the spring and summer months. There is nothing smarter than a suit co-ord for a Spring/Summer evening out or holiday wear. This Primark suit has a tailored businesswoman style with a striking Ivory and deep Navy statement stripe. Paired with an H&M bralette and Primark stilettos the look becomes more fashion forward and youthful. The white lace bralette adds texture against the clean linen of the suit; creating contrasting fabrics, which is strong for this season. A classic white T and Sneakers would create a more casual edge. Bringing back the 60’s – the first era where pantsuits stormed female fashion, suits are still key and more relevant in current feminine fashion. Styling the hair with a relaxed beach-wave adds a refreshing uncomplicated look while a simple twisted topknot or low bun crafts a more sophisticated chic. This suit is perfectly seductive with a rebellious twist and a hint of nostalgia; all the requirements to kill it!

PLAYFUL PASTEL
Pastels are everywhere this S/S 2018. I’ve always loved pastel colours however, I wasn’t sure how to wear pastels and not looked washed out. The answer is BE BOLD. Bold isn’t quite what you’d associate with a pastel colour but this denim boiler suit in baby pink conforms to just that. Not only is it the most comfortable piece of clothing, it looks super stylish. The oversized baggy style of the boiler suit is bang on trend, while you can clinch in the waist with a statement belt. Pink and red is SUPER hot this season; once a fashion faux pas the colour combination is now storming the market and contributes a daring contrast to the outfit. I accessorised with my favourite red baker boy hat; the bright pop of red is perfect to wear in any season and with any colour. It gives off vintage vibes and adds a cheeky style. Binging in red is my favourite current fashion statement. Spying fellow fashionistas at LFW in boilersuits shows how the style is going to storm the fashion world. Paired with these relaxed satin ballet pumps with ankle ties the look is styled down to a relaxed chic.

RED WINTER FUR
Looking toward Winter – which is just around the corner – this red fur coat on Mango online caught my eye. Despite the hefty price, my inner Jack Frost was calling for this key piece and with red being this Winter’s hottest colour I couldn’t resist. I’ve always been a huge fan of red especially paired with military style accessories. Here I styled the fur with leather look leggings, a thin black jumper with pearl cuff detail, cream and black patent boots and a black military style cap. Military chic is just so stylish and very easy to achieve, especially with Winter fashion. Layering is my favourite aspect of Winter fashion, it enables any outfit to look fashionable. The coat is high quality; the faux fur is luxuriously soft, the crystal embellishment adds decor to the plain red surface, while the oversized lapel adds a dramatic neckline. The beauty of a faux fur coat is that it can be dressed up with all black à la 1950‘s Starlet or just simply with jeans for a relaxed but warm Winter’s day. Bring on the chill ….

MAD HATTER’S AFTERNOON TEA
There’s nothing more British than an Afternoon Tea. In true British style as a Birthday treat I indulged in Sanderson Mad Hatter’s Afternoon Tea; an eccentric twist on the traditional charming style. From the moment you step into the Sanderson courtyard you feel just like you have tumbled down the ‘Rabbit Hole’ à la Alice herself. Our marble table for two was already set with themed crockery, the menu secreted inside a vintage hardback classic – such a novel idea! Sugar cubes were hidden within a child’s jewellery box complete with twirling ballerina; a sure way to reignite those childhood memories. You are offered a selection of aptly named flavoured tea’s; samples of which are displayed in miniature bottles for you to sniff along with descriptive cards to help you make your choice. I opted for the Cheshire Cat, which included flavours of chocolate infused with orange. The tea is given in a royal pot complete with a quirky crown. The waiter delivers the tiered cake stand littered with a delectable array of whimsical sweet and savoury foods. Your senses are awakened. With abnormal twists; green sandwiches, quail eggs bursting with goo, garish blue caterpillars and ice cream plant pots the Afternoon Tea goes beyond your wildest dreams. Each item confuses the tastebuds, every bite a new flavour bursting. After a variety of unique flavours the tea is finalised with a scone, clotted cream and jam keeping true to the tradition.

80’s STYLE
The 80’s trend has returned to both fashion and music in 2017. I instantly fell in love with this Topshop 80’s vibe red leather jacket, the batwing arms and the drawn in waist gives a stylish aesthetic. The lining of the leather jacket is a red silk material, which shows when the sleeves are rolled up, a perfect addition. The D hoop rings have a sense of nostalgia while giving a funky decorative element to the jacket. The open thigh jeans from Missguided are bang on trend…the open knee trend is not enough for 2017!!!! I paired the 80’s retro outfit with V shaped red Lipsy stilettos, with gold foil accents to add sophistication to the outfit.
